Vacuum pump oil mist filter element needs to be replaced:

1. When the oil mist separator of the vacuum pump cannot be separated clean, the clogged filter element must be replaced.

2. If the discharged gas contains oil, resulting in blockage or damage to the vacuum pump oil mist filter, it must be replaced.

3. If the pressure gauge of the oil mist separator indicates a lower pressure than usual, the reason is that one of the oil mist separators has been damaged and the oil mist filter element of the vacuum pump needs to be replaced.

4. Inspection of vacuum pump oil mist filter element during operation:

Use the pressure gauge of the vacuum pump oil mist filter element to check whether it is blocked. If the reading of the pressure gauge is in the red part, it indicates that the vacuum pump filter element is blocked and needs to be replaced.

If there is no oil mist separator pressure gauge, the resistance of the oil mist separator is measured by the change of the current of the driving motor, the current consumed by the driving motor or the flow rate of the vacuum pump decreases, indicating that the oil mist separator has been blocked and replaced.

5. If the pressure indicator of the vacuum pump oil mist filter element is lower than usual, or the current consumed by the drive motor is less than usual, the reason is that an oil mist separator is damaged and the oil mist separator needs to be replaced.

6. If the discharged gas contains oil, the reason is that the oil mist separator is blocked or damaged, the vacuum pump filter element must be replaced. Vacuum pump oil mist filter element can not be cleaned, replace the clogged oil mist separator.

7. Before replacing the oil mist filter element of the vacuum pump, please close the vacuum pump and cut off the power supply. The vacuum pump has been pressurized, open the exhaust port cover from the oil tank, remove the exhaust filter with the help of the special inner six wrench, and install the new oil mist separator with the sealing ring on the correct position in the oil tank.
