First, stainless steel filter element

Stainless steel filter element is widely used in vacuum pump intake filter element because of its corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high filtration accuracy and easy cleaning. The filtration accuracy of stainless steel filter element is usually between 1μm-100μm, and its filtration effect is better than other materials, which can effectively filter dust, microorganisms and other harmful substances to ensure that the pump is clean.

Second, wire mesh filter element

Wire mesh filter element is usually used stainless steel wire or copper wire, and is braided in accordance with a certain distance. The main advantages of the wire mesh filter are tight structure, not easy to clog, stable filtration effect, and easy to clean. At the same time, its resistance is also smaller than other materials, which can ensure the smooth work of the pump. However, the wire mesh filter element is not suitable for filtering fine dust and fibers because of its loose structure.

Third, fiber filter element

Because of its high filtration efficiency, the fiber filter element can adsorb and filter fine substances, and has good air permeability, simple structure and low cost. The fiber filter element can be made of non-woven material or glass fiber material, which is often used to filter microorganisms and harmful gases. However, due to the good filtration effect, the fiber filter element is easy to block, and it needs to be replaced frequently in a short time.
