3. When the oil and gas separator is blocked, the motor load will increase, the current and oil pressure will also increase, and the motor thermal relay protection action will be severe.
4. When the differential pressure switch of the oil and gas separator exceeds the set value of 0.11Mpa, the differential pressure switch operates, or the internal set time is zero, the control panel shows that the oil and gas separator is blocked, indicating that the oil and gas separator is blocked, and it should be replaced immediately.
When the oil and gas separator is blocked, the above phenomena may not all appear, once there is any phenomenon, it should be analyzed and judged according to the daily maintenance and repair records of the screw air compressor, so as to avoid the wrong judgment to replace the unblocked oil and gas separator, causing unnecessary economic losses.
