‌Screw air compressor filter element installation sequence is as follows :

1.Start the air compressor and run it for about 5 minutes ‌, so that the lubricating oil temperature rises above 50℃C, so that the viscosity of the lubricating oil decreases and is convenient for subsequent operation. Stop the operation of the air compressor and wait for the internal pressure to drop.

2.‌Connect the oil receiving device, open the oil valve ‌, and release the lubricating oil. Close the oil drain valve after ensuring that the lubricating oil is basically drained.

3.‌Rotate the oil filter element with a special wrench to remove the oil filter element and drain all the lubricating oil in the pipes.

4.‌Install the new oil filter ‌, be careful not to use too much force to avoid damaging the seal ring inside the filter element. After tightening, check whether there is leakage.

5.‌Open the fueling port and inject new oil so that the oil level is within the range of the oil mark. Tighten the filler plug and check again for leakage.

‌Precautions :

1.‌Before installation, check whether the rubber and asbestos pads have antistatic properties to prevent safety problems caused by static electricity.

2.‌Prevent unclean things from falling into the oil drum ‌, ensure the installation process clean.

3.‌When installing the return pipe, ensure that the pipe is inserted into the bottom of the filter element to ensure the effective return of lubricating oil.

4.‌Check the oil level and filter element status regularly to avoid oil supply obstruction and machine wear caused by filter element blockage.
