Part 3 Drains oil

Open the lower mouth of the oil storage tank, discharge the original thermal oil in the system, pack it with a container, and prepare the ground during operation.

Part 4 The maintenance of oil storage drums

Open the oil storage drum, the lid is above the oil-gas separator, below the oil drum, with waterless oil line cleaning agent to clean the residual mud patent leather of the oil drum. Remove the oil and gas separator from the top cover, clean the carbon deposit and oil mud on the surface, and clean the sealing ring of the oil and gas separator. In order to install a new oil and gas separator to clean the oil drum shell, the oil outside will affect the heat dissipation, so the oil outside should be cleaned. This is where the heavy oil cleaner comes in. Use anhydrous cleaning agent to clean the sludge and residual dirt in the oil removal tank until the cleaning agent is transparent, and dry the cleaning agent with an air compressor. After cleaning, put the oil storage drum in place and add the newly bought air compressor oil. The amount of oil should be filled to the high level of the oil storage tank. The first run will also reduce the amount of fuel needed to refill once.

Part 5 Replace the oil filter

Remove the oil filter of the air compressor to replace the new oil filter before filling the oil filter, the new oil filter interface should also be brushed with oil.

Part 6 Air filter maintenance

The air filter shell is disassembled, the air filter element is removed, and it can be blown clean with high pressure gas, but it is recommended to replace the new air filter element.

Part 7 Replace the air compressor oil

After the above maintenance, add the air compressor oil to the oil storage tank.
