Filter material: including PP cotton melt-blow filter, 304 stainless steel, etc., suitable for industrial melt-blow, water purifier household filter, air compressor water removal precision filter and other application scenarios.
Filter grade description:
DD Series: Polymerized particle filters for general protection eliminate liquid water and oil mist as small as 0.1 mg/m3 (0.1 ppm) and particles as small as 1 micron.
DDP Series: Particulate filters for dust removal that eliminate particles as small as 1 micron.
PD Series: Highly efficient polymerized particle filters eliminate liquid moisture and oil mist as small as 0.01 mg/m3 (0.01 ppm) and particles as small as 0.01 micron.
QD Series: Activated carbon filter for eliminating oil vapors and hydrocarbon odors with a maximum residual oil content of 0.003 mg/m3 (0.003 ppm), must be installed behind the PD filter.
Filter specifications: There are many specifications and models of precision filter elements, including but not limited to NF-0.5HPV, NF-0.5HPZ, NF-0.5HPX, NF-0.5HPA, etc., which are suitable for different flow rates and media, such as air, petroleum, chemical, power and other industries. The filter element has a service life of up to 8,000 hours, providing a comprehensive filtration solution.
