An air oil separator filter is a component of an engine's ventilation and emission control system. Its purpose is to remove oil and other contaminants from the air that is expelled from the engine's crankcase. Working principle：The oil and gas separator consists of two parts: tank body and filter element. The oil and gas mixture from the main engine first hits the simplified wall, reduces the flow rate, and forms large oil droplets. Due to the weight of the oil droplets themselves, they mostly settle to the bottom of the separator. Therefore, the oil and gas separator plays the role of primary separator and oil storage tank. The tank body is equipped with two filter elements: primary filter element and secondary filter element. After the primary separation of the oil and gas mixture, and then through the two filter element, for fine separation, the residual in the compressed air to separate out a small amount of lubricating oil, and accumulate at the bottom of the filter element, and then through the two return tubing, back to the main engine air inlet, suction working chamber.
