1.External model
The external model is relatively simple, the air compressor stops, close the air pressure outlet, open the drain valve, and confirm that there is no pressure in the system, remove the old oil and gas separator and replace the new oil and gas separator.
2.Built-in model
Follow these steps to correctly replace the oil and gas separator:
1. Stop the air compressor, close the air pressure outlet, open the water drain valve, and confirm that there is no pressure in the system.
2. Disassemble the pipe above the oil and gas barrel, and remove the pipe from the pressure maintenance valve outlet to the cooler.
3. Remove the oil return pipe.
4. Remove the bolts fixing the cover on the oil and gas drum, and remove the cover on the oil and gas drum.
5. Replace the oil and gas separator with a new one.
6. Assemble them in reverse order.
When installing the return pipe, ensure that the pipe is inserted into the bottom of the filter element. When replacing the oil and gas separator, pay attention to electrostatic release, and connect the inner metal mesh with the oil drum shell. You can nail about 5 staples on each of the upper and lower pads, and fix them thoroughly to prevent static accumulation from triggering explosions, and prevent unclean products from falling into the oil drum, so as not to affect the operation of the compressor.
