1. Overview
Vacuum pump oil mist filter is one of the commonly used accessories of vacuum pump. Its main function is to filter the oil mist discharged by the vacuum pump to achieve the purpose of protecting the environment and reducing pollution.
2.Structural characteristics
The oil mist filter of the vacuum pump is composed of an air inlet, an air outlet and an oil mist filter. Among them, the oil mist filter adopts high efficiency filter paper material, and strengthens the tightness and stability of the filter material through the process of electric heating treatment and laser welding, so as to ensure the effect and service life of the oil mist filter.
3.The working principle
During the operation of vacuum pump, a large amount of oil and gas mixture will be produced. These oil and gas mixtures will be intercepted by materials such as nets in the device before entering the oil mist filter, and then the oil and gas mixture will enter the oil mist filter.
Inside the oil mist filter, the oil and gas mixture will be further filtered by the high-efficiency filter paper material, the small oil mist will be isolated, and the relatively large oil droplets will be gradually swallowed by the filter paper, and finally the clean gas is discharged from the outlet, and the oil droplets will remain on the filter paper to form pollutants.
4. Methods of use
Before normal use, the oil mist filter should be installed at the exhaust port of the vacuum pump, and the intake pipe and outlet pipe should be correctly connected. In the process of use, attention should be paid to regularly detect, replace the filter element and clean up pollutants such as oil droplets.
5. Maintenance
In the process of long-term use, the filter element of the oil mist filter will gradually clog, which will lead to the reduction of the filtration effect and affect the service life of the vacuum pump. Therefore, it is recommended to replace and clean the filter element after use for a period of time to maintain the good working condition of the oil mist filter.
