Hydraulic oil filter maintenance methods are as follows:
1, before replacing the original hydraulic oil, check the return oil filter, oil suction filter, pilot filter, to see if there is iron filings copper filings or other impurities, if there may be hydraulic component failure, repair and remove, clean the system.
2, when changing hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filters (return oil filter, oil suction filter, pilot filter) must be replaced at the same time, otherwise it is equivalent to no change.
3, identify the hydraulic oil label, different labels, different brands of hydraulic oil do not mix, may react and deteriorate to produce flocculent, it is recommended to use the excavator designated oil.
4, the oil filter must be installed before refueling, the tube mouth covered by the oil filter leads directly to the main pump, the impurities into the light will accelerate the main pump wear, heavy pump.
5, refueling to the standard position, the hydraulic tank generally has an oil level gauge, look at the liquid level gauge. Pay attention to the parking method, generally all cylinders are recovered, that is, the forearm and bucket are fully extended and landed.
6, after adding oil, pay attention to the main pump to exhaust air, otherwise the light is temporarily no action of the whole car, the main pump abnormal sound (air sonic boom), the heavy air pocket damage the main pump. The air exhaust method is to loosen the pipe joint directly at the top of the main pump and fill it directly.
