Air compressor oil filter separates the smallest particles such as dust and particles arising from the wear of the metal and so protect the air compressors screw and extending the service life of lubricant oil and separators.

Our screw compressor oil filter element select HV brand ultra-fine glass fiber composite filter or pure wood pulp filter paper as raw Materia. This filter replacement has excellent waterproof and resistance to erosion;  it still maintains the original performance when mechanical, thermal and climate changes.

Hazards of air compressor oil filter overtime use

1 Insufficient oil return after blockage leads to high exhaust temperature, shortening the service life of oil and oil separation core;

2 Insufficient oil return after blockage leads to insufficient lubrication of the main engine, which will shorten the service life of the main engine;

3 After the filter element is damaged, the unfiltered oil containing a large amount of metal particles and impurities enters the main engine, causing serious damage to the main engine.

When performing any maintenance tasks on an air compressor, including filtering oil, it is important to follow the manufacturer's recommendations and guidelines. Regularly changing the oil filter and keeping the oil clean will significantly improve the efficiency and life of the compressor.
