Product Description

Parts 2250109-321 is an oil component designed for industrial screw air compressors, manufactured using a composite process of multi-layer gradient glass fiber filters and metal structures. The main body of the filter element is composed of oleophobic glass fiber layer and supporting metal mesh, and the outer galvanized steel shell thickness is 1.2mm. The argon arc welding process ensures the tightness and can withstand the working pressure environment of 0.8-1.3MPa.

The built-in anti-siphon structure effectively avoids the backflow of lubricating oil during shutdown. The metal end cover adopts CNC machining to ensure the flatness of 0.02mm, which is suitable for the installation size of Sullair series and similar screw models.

The product is recommended to be replaced after 4000-8000 hours of operation cycle, and the actual service life is significantly affected by the ambient dust concentration (recommended < 5mg/m³) and oil temperature (80-95℃ optimum range). The sealing parts are made of fluorine rubber material, which can withstand the temperature range from -20℃ to 150℃, and maintain stable performance in the humidity environment below 70%RH. The oil capacity of the filter element is designed to be 1.2-1.5 times the oil volume of the compressor system, which meets the air cleanliness standard.
